Perched on the heights of CANNES, at a place called SUPER CANNES, this vast property with neo Provencal charm dominates the bay of CANNES and is located a few minutes away from the Croisette.

The villa whose many terraces are surrounded by balustrades to lean and daydream is one of the most beautiful properties of CANNES. It has multiple outdoor living areas: summer lounges facing the bay and further apart a small open bamboo hut with a charming bamboo roof and wide sofas for moments of relaxation with friends or family in front of the sunset.

The main room with an area of 100 m2 hosts the living room and dining room and opens in several places on the main terrace and its many loungers that surround the pool and jacuzzi. The interior decoration is part of a modern spirit with bright and cheerful colors. The villa also has a living room with home cinema.

The rooms are distributed between the first floor, the ground floor, ​and the ground floor. The master bedroom with its oversized round bed​ is located on the ground floor as well as a single room for a child or the housekeeper.
Upstairs, two large bedrooms with private terraces overlooking the bay. On the ground floor, three other rooms with, like the other rooms, each their bathroom.

Check-ins are from 4pm, Late check-ins (from 8pm to 12am) will be charched 50€.
Check-outs are until 11am, they will be charged 30€ before 8 am and between 11 am and 12pm, then 50€ in the afternoon (subject to availability).
